How it works

Four steps. You're only involved in two of them.

No account to create, no twelve-page questionnaire. Here's the whole process, plainly, before you ever pick up the phone.

  1. 1

    We talk

Thirty minutes, free, no obligation. I'll ask who's coming, roughly when, and what you're actually trying to get out of the trip — not just where. You'll leave with at least two real ideas even if you go no further.

  2. 2

    I build the plan

Flights, rooms, transfers, the reservation that's actually worth booking ahead — assembled into one plan, not a pile of tabs. You're not involved in this part.

  3. 3

    You say yes

Or tell me what to change. Either way, it's still one conversation — not a back-and-forth across six emails.

  4. 4

    I handle everything else

Confirmations, changes, the airline that moves your flight, and — if it ever comes to it — the 11pm phone call while you're away. You call me, not a queue.

01The part everyone wants to know

You don't pay me.

Suppliers pay a commission that's already built into the price, whether you book with an advisor or not. You're not paying extra for the planning — you're just no longer doing it yourself.

This answer is pending final confirmation (intake question J1.5) — it will either stay as-is or be replaced with the specifics of a flat planning fee, if one applies.

02To be clear

What I don't do

Naming the edges of what I do is the fastest way for you to trust the middle of it.

An advisor who is right for everything is an advisor who is honest about nothing.

  • I don't book flight-only itineraries with no other planning attached — a booking site genuinely does that better.
  • I don't guarantee upgrades or availability I don't control — I'll tell you the odds honestly instead of promising.
  • I don't work well for a trip that's already fully booked and just needs a second opinion — that's a quick call, not a planning engagement.

You call me. Not a support queue — me, directly, at the number on this site.

No. Tell me what you already have and what you still need — I'll fill the gaps rather than rebuild the whole trip.

Whenever you're ready to talk. Some trips come together in a few weeks; others are booked a year out. Bring me wherever you are.

Let's put a date on it.

Free · 30 minutes · no obligation — and you'll leave with at least two real ideas, even if you never book with me.
